mydeposits.co.uk has reduced its joining fee for all landlords this winter to just £10 – a significant saving of £47.50 for new landlords joining the scheme.

Landlords can now sign up to the insurance-based tenancy deposit protection scheme for the one off flat fee during December and January, down from the normal fee of £57.50, however additional protection fees will still apply.

my|deposits is the only scheme specifically designed to allow landlords to hold onto the tenancy deposit themselves during tenancies.
