The 2025 Awards saw a record number of entries and a remarkable showcase of talent across residential, commercial, and specialist property sectors, which resulted in an unforgettable black-tie evening at the Hilton Park Lane Hotel on Saturday, 15 November 2025, where excellence across the independent property investment sector was recognised.
This annual event recognises outstanding achievements across the independent property investment sector and has become one of the most respected awards ceremonies in the uk property calendar.
A night of celebration and recognition
This year’s ceremony was made even more memorable by the presence of Naomi Heaton of The Other House, who received the highly esteemed Lifetime Achievement of the Year Award. The honour was presented by Cyril Thomas, Founder of the Property Investors Awards, alongside Rakeebah Rahim, former Partner of Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP.
The awards evening featured a combination of fine dining, live entertainment, and valuable networking opportunities, all set within the glamorous surroundings of the Hilton Park Lane.
Nada Jarnaz, director of development origination at Maslow Capital, was appointed as the new Chair of the Property Investors Awards and has extensive experience across real estate finance, development, and structured lending. She takes over from Property Investor News Editor Richard Bowser, who concludes his two-year tenure as Chair having been involved with the Awards since their inception and served on the Judging Panel for 11 years. His stewardship, integrity, and longstanding commitment have been fundamental to the Awards’ credibility and success.
