Tiger Developments has been selected as the chosen developer for a £70m shopping centre and office block in Edinburgh citys West End.

The six-storey scheme on the former Morrison Street goods yard at Haymarket, will consist of hotels, shops, bars and offices.

Alan Robertson, of Jones Lang LaSalle, said: "The high level of interest in the site reflected Haymarkets strategic location at the gateway into Edinburghs city centre and the tightening of supply of commercial office space in central Edinburgh."
