Developer Bradford Chanel (fronted by local developer Magellan) has submitted plans for a £350m mixed-use scheme in Bradford city centre. The plans include 2,500 new homes, 80,000 sq ft of offices and a large hotel on 13 acres of land between Hamm Strasse, Canal Road, Holdsworth Street and Valley Road.
