A residential-led redevelopment of the 200-acre former Fernhill Colliery site in South Wales, may be set to stimulate the regeneration of Rhondda Valley.
Cofton purchased the site, which is located on the northern end of the village of Treherbert and now intends to prepare the land for commercial, light industrial and residential development.
