Avant Homes Scotland will deliver 256 new homes in Cairneyhill after being granted planning permission for a £68m residential development. 

Keelyside View is located off Sunnyside Road and the development will comprise a mix of two-, three, four, and five-bedroom homes.

Of the 256 homes, a quarter have been designated to affordable housing and the development will feature 13 of Avant Homes’ practically designed, energy efficient house styles and include terraced, semi-detached and detached homes as well as townhouses. 

Work at Keelyside View is scheduled to commence in July 2025 with the first residents expected to move into their new homes by autumn 2026.
