The development will see three new apartment blocks erected on land situated just off Dalmuir Road. The 205 homes will include 100 one-bedroom apartments and 105 two-bedroom apartments. The scheme will also deliver much needed affordable housing through a mixture of Affordable/Social Rent as well as through the Government’s First Homes scheme for first-time buyers.
