Capreon, the Noé Group’s real estate investment and advisory arm, has announced its has received planning approval for its redevelopment scheme in Eastbourne which will see new homes and investment for the town.
Capreon’s planning application will deliver 65-high quality new apartments and more than 710sqm of commercial space on Terminus Road. The site was formerly the TJ Hughes building, which closed in 2019 and has remained vacant since.
Zvi Noé, founding partner at Capreon, said: “We are pleased that this redevelopment has been approved by Eastbourne Council. It will give developers a chance to bring new investment to the town, through a scheme that will provide fine homes and breathe new life into the former TJ Hughes building.
“In working with our local partners, we have been able to retain the character of the original building and design a high-quality redevelopment that meets the needs of Eastbourne’s community.”
The development proposals have been carefully designed to retain the building’s existing façade while providing high quality new homes and business premises appealing to the town. Capreon will appoint a developer to begin work on the building.
