Vistry Partnerships has been selected by Homes England to deliver 274 new homes in Shirebrook, Derbyshire.

The mixed-tenure scheme is the third and final phase of the wider Brookvale development, located to the south of the town centre. More than 40% of the development will be made available in affordable and PRS tenures, with the remainder of the homes sold under Vistry Group’s Linden Homes brand.

Andrew Poyner, Manager Director at Vistry Partnerships Yorkshire, said: “We have designed a true mixed-tenure development with established affordable and build to rent partners, whilst also using our trusted Linden brand to offer homes for sale. Our proposals will deliver a blended, vibrant and sustainable community; including gas-free homes utilising air-source heat pumps.”

Work is expected to begin early 2023, with the homes completed within four years.
