The next phase of homes at Redrow at Houlton in Riugby has been announced and will bring a mix of 3, 4 and 5 bed homes to the development.
The scheme, which will deliver 87 homes, is part of a larger project set to bring nearly 6,000 new homes to the local area. Those living at the development will have access to three primary schools and a secondary school, a local GP surgery and shopping centre, as well as a host of community facilities, sports pitches and open space.
Elaine Cartwright, Sales Director for Midlands, said: “We're delighted to be unveiling our newest homes in this popular development.
“Redrow at Houlton is part of a large, ambitious project to create a thriving community right here in Rugby. Many homeowners who have taken advantage of the previous phases have now moved in, so there’s a real homely feel to the development, which is wonderful to see.”
Surrounded by open farmland, woodland and waterways, Midsummer Meadow offers a mix of bespoke one and two-bedroom apartments, as well as two, three and four-bedroom homes from their Heritage collection. The development is well-connected, with a wide range of amenities including transport links to Leamington Spa, Coventry, Birmingham and also London via train.
