Vistry Partnerships, part of the Vistry Group, has been selected by Homes England to build 171 homes in Littleborough near Rochdale.

Working with Homes England via its Delivery Partner Panel, Vistry Partnerships Yorkshire will deliver the development of new homes, which will be a high quality, mixed tenure development with homes available for sale under Vistry Group’s Linden Homes brand.

Andrew Poyner, Managing Director of Vistry Partnerships Yorkshire, said: “This contract represents the first project with Homes England through the Delivery Partner Panel for our Yorkshire business and we look forward to delivering an excellent range of new homes for the local community. Importantly, we’re providing a mix of quality new homes to appeal to a wide range of customers.”

The Littleborough scheme will benefit from excellent access by road and rail to the area’s major employment hubs including Manchester, Leeds, Huddersfield and Blackburn. Just a short stroll from the train station and the popular Hollingworth Lake, the development has direct access to a canal-side walk as well as far reaching views across the rural landscape.
