Work is set to begin on a £6.2m GDV residential redevelopment of Walsingham House, Whetstone London by Decorean.
Currently a 9,000 sq ft office block, Decorean has achieved prior approval to develop the space into apartments.
Shraga Stern, Director at Decorean, said: “This conversion will bring much-needed, high-quality housing to an area that is growing significantly. Areas throughout Barnet, including Whetstone, are ripe for investment given their proximity to central London and we’re delighted to have been chosen to construct these apartments after a competitive process.”
The development will bring 14 one and two bedroom flats to the area, with the plot also offering a secure car park.
The three-story, 1980’s plot is a five minute walk to Totteridge and Whetstone Underground station – just 23 minutes from Euston.
