Developer plans second Industrial site in Enfield

Following the success of its 92,000 sq ft Lumina Park development in Enfield last year where 11 of the 12 units were committed to buyers prior to the start of construction, developer Chancerygate has acquired another site in Enfield, north London.

The 3.2 acre development site is located on Lockfield Avenue and is within the established Brimsdown Industrial Estate.

Alastair King, Development Director at Chancerygate, said: "This location is one of north London's principle industrial and logistics hubs.

Following the success of our Lumina Park scheme last year, we are happy to speculatively develop in Enfield once again where we have a proven track record. From our experience with Lumina, we would recommend interested parties get in touch as soon as possible as we are expecting high demand from owner occupiers in this location."

The new project will comprise 80,000 sqft of B1, B2 and B8 units. Units from 4,500 sqft up to 60,000 sq ft can be accommodated on site.

Construction of the new scheme is scheduled to be complete in early 2017 with units available on a leasehold basis.
