A new industrial and warehouse development called Giant at Didcot Distribution Park, Oxfordshire has been granted planning consent.

The 944,209 sq ft scheme I sby Corporate Pension Fund clients of Savills Investment Management (formerly Cordea Savills) and Lingfield Securities.

The site will be warehouse and office accommodation set across 65 acres and includes outline planning permission for a single cross docked unit of 832,222 sq ft.

It is located just minutes from the A34 Milton Interchange.
