William & Matthew House in Bristol has been acquired by Empiric Student Property for conversion into student accommodation.
The property will be developed into 75 flats, with the majority as one bedroom studios by Urban Creation at an expected cost of £7.85m.
The site is located in Clifton close to the University of Bristol's main city campus and is scheduled to be completed ready for the 2016/17 academic year.
