Telereal Trillium has secured planning consent for a residential led, mixed-use scheme which will redevelop the former Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) office site situated on Bromley High Street.
The existing building will be demolished and an 11-storey building consisting of 71 residential units, including affordable housing, 1,500 sq m of office space along with car parking and associated landscaping will be developed in its place.
A Telereal Trillium spokesperson said: "Having remained vacant for five years we are pleased to be able to progress plans at the site to help regenerate the local area. The new development will replace the old, tired government building with high quality offices and much needed accommodation."
The site is located diagonally opposite Bromley South station on Westmoreland Road.
