New housing set for Stoke-on-Trent

Pochin and its planning advisors HOW Planning have secured permission for a new housing development in Stoke-on-Trent.

The development comprised 86 new residential dwellings on a former brownfield site on Newport Lane in Burslem within an indentified area of Major Housing Development as outlined in the town's Core Spatial Strategy.

Bob Nicholson, director of Pochin Property, said: "We're very pleased that we have achieved permission to develop 80 new much-needed housing units on this site. We have been working alongside Stoke-On-Trent City Council for the last three months to ensure that the plans are as beneficial to the area as possible."
