Home sales in Spain fell 19.8% during 2011 as only 313,637 transactions occurred, down by 56% from the peak in 2007 according to Spanish Property Insight.
Sales in December 2011 were down by 26% compared to a year earlier, having already fallen by 17% year on year in November 2011.
