You work hard to find the property deal or development that will move you to the next level.

You do what you have been told by mentors and those before us - “use other people’s money to leverage the deal”. So you find an investor or two.

But unfortunately getting investors means working with other people. And “people do complicate everything”.
For those of you that have had things go wrong in property - you can attest that ‘other people’ usually have something to do with it; so I am preaching to the choir!
