Firstly Lee can you tell me a bit about yourself and your experience in property sourcing?

"I'm a privately educated Yorkshire chap who is hard-working, honest and generous. I am passionate about golf and football and my company, The Investment Room, is heavily involved with Barnsley Football Club and is the official sponsor of the youth academy."

So how did you get into property investing? "I fell into property whilst being a student where I achieved a first class degree in Chemistry and then went on to do a PHD. Whilst at university I saw the property market rapidly growing, particularly in the student housing sector so I decided to purchase a number of student properties myself during the time that I was a student, investing at the right time and in the right place.

"Money does make money, if you are clever with it and wait for the right deals and so when the market took a hit in 2007 I started to purchase repossessed apartments directly from the bank."
