In an unprecedented move, Conservative MPs and Lords have worked with Landlords Association, iHowz, to develop a groundbreaking innovative proposal aimed at enhancing the Renters Reform Bill.
Their proposal offers an alternative to the abolition of Section 21 evictions by amending Section 21 to provide that if a landlord seeks possession of their property using a S21 notice, the last TWO MONTHS of tenancy would be RENT-FREE.
The Briefing will take place after the Chancellor’s Autumn Statement from 3.30pm for 3.45pm on 22nd November 2023 in the Churchill Room, of the House of Commons.
