Finding suitable accommodation is a top priority for every university student, and with numerous accommodation choices available, determining the most reliable and student-friendly options can be a daunting task.

To discover which university city had the best accommodation letting agencies for students, Uswitch.com examined cities with more than 3,000 available student properties, focusing on the number of reviews and average ratings for student letting agencies in each city.

Letting agencies in Bath received an average review rating of 4.45 out of 5 from 3,687 reviews, making it the city with the best property managers for students. The average review score highlights the high-quality accommodation and services provided by letting agencies in the city, ensuring a comfortable and satisfying experience for student residents. 

Almost a third (31%) of students at universities in Bath have never had any disputes with their property manager, and more than half (52%) believe that if they approached them about the current cost of living crisis, their landlord or letting agency would support them. In second place was Plymouth, followed by Bristol, Sheffield and Exeter.
