RESIDE Worldwide, a proptech and alternative accommodations firm operating in over 19,000 cities and 60 countries, has announced that it has partnered with Virdee, a SaaS (Software as a Service) provider serving the short-term rental, multi-family and commercial real estate industries, to implement its “touchless” check-in and check-out process.
By automating front-of-house workflows, Virdee aims to ensure its guests can safely access RESIDE’s properties at a time when human touch-points and personal interaction have become more challenging. The Virdee Concierge reduces average on-site check-in time to less than 20 seconds while also offering ID verification, payment collection and remote support.
The product is designed to provide RESIDE with the ability to elevate the guest experience while simultaneously increasing margins and boosting profitability for the owners of the properties through “tech-first” interactions.
