The Government are consulting on the possibility of removing the Section 21 eviction notice. This is a critical moment for many private landlords who might struggle to operate without this option, (S21), if the government subsequently decides to abolish the current process whereby landlords can regain possession of their properties.
The current Government have indicated they will take this consultation process seriously and could be swayed by sensible arguments to retain Section 21 (S21).
Labour and the Liberal Democrats have said they would definitely abolish the S21 if they formed a new Government.
The consultation ends this Saturday (October 12th) at 11:45 pm - don't miss this last chance to have your views heard.
