Ramsden & Colne Developments have submitted revised plans for the £175m Waterfront scheme in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire.
Following local consultation and talks with British Waterways, the developer has decided to drop the height of the buildings and change the position of the new public square.
The scheme which includes the opening up of the Huddersfield Narrow Canal, also features 300,000 sq ft of offices, 460,000 sq ft of residential space, restaurants and a hotel.
