Land Securities has submitted a planning application to Dartford borough council for Station Quarter, which is the second phase of its development at Ebbsfleet in Kent Thamesmide. Plans within the application include a 20-acre park with up to 1,300 new homes, including 260 affordable homes, hotels bars, offices and shops. Work on the scheme will commence in 2007, subject to planning permission being approved.
