A derelict canalside in Edgbaston is set to be transformed into a mix-use development.
English Partnership and RDA Advantage West Midlands have submitted two planning applications to Birmingham City council for the 65-acre Icknield Port Loot development sites located at Freeth Street and Wiggan Street. The plans include the construction of almost 600 houses, 140 flats and 27,000 sq ft of offices, leisure and retail units.
