House price growth slowed slightly in February 2006, according to the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister (ODPM).
The ODPM survey, which is based on completed sales , found that the annual inflation rate in February was 3.6%, down from 4.3% in January. While average house prices now stand at £185,404, down from £183,224.
