Prime new build flats in London are the most expensive in the world according to a recent report.

Figures compiled by Knight Frank reveal that new-build or refurbished property located in prime London is selling for £1,744 per sq ft.

The next most expensive location is Monaco, where prime located flats cost £1,527 per sq ft, followed by Honk Kong (£1,147 per sq ft), Tokyo (£1,094 per sq ft) and New York (£1,026 per sq ft).
