£500m Leeds scheme

Subsidiary Reland is drawing up £500m plans for former chemical factory sites (totalling 204,380 sq m) in Leeds city centre.

About 60% of the mixed-use development will be made up of residential houses and flats, and the remainder will be commercial development.

The commercial aspect will comprise approximately 600,000 sq ft, including 55,741 sq ft of offices, with the rest being retail and leisure.
