A £72m mixed-use scheme in Hastings has been given the go-ahead.
Regeneration body Seas Space will build the 350,000 sq ft Station Plaza on derelict brownfield land next to Hastings rail station. The plans include a 102 Eco-friendly houses, 68,000 sq ft of offices and 14,500 sq ft of shops.
