With Birminghams New Street Station set to receive a £350m revamp, Warner Estates has given itself a position in the redevelopment by offering £110m for the Pallasades Shopping centre, located in a strategic position above the station.
Network Rail aims to begin the phased construction of New Street station in 2007 and complete it by 2011.
