Welsh property market receives a boost

The latest survey by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) reveals that the decline in average house prices in Wales continues to slow.

Cathy McLean, director of RICS Wales, said: "Would-be buyers have become more confident as a result of the interest rate outlook, while the economy continues to deliver steady growth despite the past years slowdown.
