Grainger plc has announced the practical completion of the third phase at its Fortunes Dock cluster in Canning Town, Seraphina Apartments, which comprises 132 high quality BTR homes.
Seraphina Apartments brings the number of homes at Fortunes Dock to 412 homes and total investment into Canning Town to c.£152m following the on from the two existing developments Nautilus Apartments and Argo Apartments.
