Grainger plc has recently announced the completion of The Kimmeridge in Botley, its first BTR scheme in Oxford.

The £68m Kimmeridge development includes 150 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, across eight storeys and has amenities such as a state-of-the-art gym, a resident’s lounge, co-working spaces and an on-site resident services team.

Helen Gordon, Chief Executive of Grainger, said: “Oxford is a key target location for Grainger, and we are delighted to have completed this £68m investment in new high-quality housing in the city. The Kimmeridge is an outstanding development, and we are excited to offer high-quality homes, all managed by a dedicated on-site team, setting a new benchmark for renters in the area. We are hopeful this will be the first of many schemes in the local area as Oxford benefits from future Government investment.”

Grainger revealed that c.20% was leased on the opening weekend, indicating a strong local demand for high-quality, mid-market homes in Oxford.
