Indurent has completed the final phase of a speculative development at Indurent Park Broomhall, Worcester, delivering a total of 72,000 sq ft across two warehouse units.
The mid-box units, which comprise 32,000 sq ft and 40,000 sq ft respectively, offer a minimum clear internal height of 8m and incorporate Grade A office space to meet the needs of businesses across a range of sectors including ecommerce, light manufacturing, transport and logistics, and will support a range of employment types.

Indurent has also agreed a new 41,000 sq ft lease at the Park with existing customer Nemesis, a distributor for leading lifestyle and automotive brands. The company has also delivered c.225,000 sq ft of high-specification, sustainable warehouse space at Indurent Park Broomhall since 2021.
