Redrow has begun work on its new Bedfordshire development, Stone Hill Meadow, in Lower Stondon, after acquiring 14.2 acres of land.
111 new homes will be constructed and include a mix of one, two, three, four and five-bedroom homes, providing both private and affordable housing for the area.
Edward Lindley, Land Director for Redrow South Midlands, said: “We’re excited to announce our latest development, Stone Hill Meadow in Lower Stondon, and look forward to bringing a variety of high quality, new homes to the area.
“The development forms part of our growth strategy in the Bedfordshire and Hertfordshire area, with quality homes also available at Lucas Gardens, in Shefford, and, Ivel Gardens, in Stotfold in addition to this exciting new development.”
