A housebuilder has been given the green light for a new residential development in Ambrosden, near Bicester.
The ten-acre Ambrosden development, Sanderson Park¸ by Redrow Thames Valley will see a range of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes created with 35% of the new development made up of affordable housing.

In addition to building news homes, Redrow will also provide over £1.2m in contributions towards community services, including the building of a new community hall which will feature a large community room for events, the creation of a new primary school, in addition to the redevelopment of a leisure centre and an improved bus and highways service.
Located just south of Bicester and eight miles from the centre of Oxford, Sanderson Park is in easy reach of the A41.
