Planning has been granted for Redrow’s Kensington Gate development, near Worcester, which will see 434 homes built.
It forms part of a larger project featuring just under 1,000 residential properties alongside a community centre, primary school and employment space.
One, two, three, four and five-bedroom properties, including apartments, maisonettes and houses, will created and it will feature plenty of green open spaces.

Construction is set to begin soon, with the first homes due to be released for sale in the summer.
