HOW Planning has successfully secured planning permission for a residential development on land adjacent to The Firs in Milton Green, Tattenhall on behalf of Duchy Homes.
The development of ten new homes was approved by Cheshire West and Chester Council and will be built on a 0.54ha site close to the village of Tattenhall and includes large gardens and open spaces.
Rachel Jones, Planner at HOW Planning, said: “Duchy Homes had a vision to create an extremely high quality development, which will attract new residents to the area. We were very careful to ensure the plans were sympathetic to the local surroundings and proposed a small scale scheme appropriate to the site, location and setting of the area.”
The scheme involves the construction of ten new dwellings, comprising of 7 x five bed detached and 3 x three bed terraced
properties (the latter of which will be affordable housing).
David Coppack from Duchy Homes, said: “This is a great result and we are looking forward to making a start on the new development. We are committed to providing high quality accommodation which we are confident will complement the existing surroundings and enhance the local community.”
