Triple towers development in Liverpool gains planning consent

A £250m triple tower project called Infinity by the Elliot Group hassecured planning permission for a site on the northern edge of Liverpool’s business district.

The Three towers, ranging in height from 27, 33 and 39 storeys, will be built on a site on the corner of Leeds Street and Pall Mall will offer 1,002 apartments, plus a triple-height luxury spa, gym and pool and more than 10,000 sq ft of commercial space.

Elliot Lawless, of Elliot Group, said: “This is a proud moment for me and I’m grateful for the council backing me to develop such a prestigious scheme.  They’ve seen our track record of delivery in recent years and know that when we promise performance and quality, that’s what will happen.

“So much is going on in the north end, with Everton’s new stadium, the Ten Streets initiative and a range of other high quality tower projects.  We’ll have a dramatic cluster to greet our cruise passengers as they approach the Pier Head and the sense of them arriving somewhere confident and special will be palpable.”

Tower A will be 39 storeys and contain 416 homes, with 8 three bedroom, 172 two bedroom, 144 one bedroom and 92 studio apartments. Tower B at 33 storeys will have 326 homes comprising 8 three bedroom, 160 two bedroom, 120 one bedroom and 38 studio apartments whilst Tower C at 27 storeys has 260 homes including 8 three bedroom, 124 two bedroom, 96 one bedroom and 32 studio apartments.

The residential entrances will be accessed off Pall Mall via a private lay-by with fully-covered parking and bright triple-height residents’ entrances with each tower will be serviced by a concierge team and be provided with a private lounge, dining rooms, cinema and meeting spaces as well as a private garden level.

Work will start on site in the autumn, with a completion date of autumn 2019.
