Phase two of The Bower, a 320,000 sq ft mixed use development located at Old Street, by Helical Bar has been launched.

The main component of the second phase is The Tower which will comprise 171,000 sq ft of office space across 17 storeys, including two ground level double-height retail units.

Gerald Kaye, of Helical Bar, said: "The Tower will offer the most up-to-the-minute office space in one of the most exciting districts in London."

Set for completion in the first quarter of 2018, The Tower is adjacent to the completed first phase of development at The Bower which delivered 140,000 sq ft of office space and is now fully let to a range of tenants.
