Birmingham's landmark Snowhill development has won additional planning permission as part of a 15 year masterplan.
The third office building in Ballymore's one million sq ft Snowhill development in Birmingham has received planning consent with construction expected to start this year.
Sidell Gibson has been working on the overall scheme for some 15 years. The landmark 'Building 3' will provide 360,000 sq ft of Grade A office space over 17 floors with 40,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space at ground level.
