Planning consent for a mixed use re-development at Arches Business Centre London, UB2, which sits adjacent to the new Crossrail station at Southall, has been approved.
The re-development by Workspace Group comprises 110 apartments and 18,000 sq ft of new commercial space replacing 41,000 sq.ft of existing light industrial space.
