A new company called Strategic & Buy (S&B) is launching its consultancy service offering buyers of Spanish property a warranty, which will insure the buyer against hard to identify problems including property title, questionable building permits or debts secured against the property.
S&B’s service begins by identifying the client’s shortlist of potential purchases, then undertaking thorough investigations to ensure there are no construction problems or legal impediments, and investigating future urban or rural plans, with the supervision of a Spanish notary and a bi-lingual team to guide the buyer through the signing of all binding documentation and title deeds.
