Existing home sales prices increase in Turkey

The sales price of existing residential homes in Turkey increased by 0.78% in February 2012 according to REIDIN.com.

Property sales prices increased in the majority of cities during the month, starting with a 1.07% rise in Adana, followed by 0.54% in Ankara, 1.11% in Antalya, 0.98% in Istanbul and 1.03% in Izmir, whilst they fell in Bursa by 0.22% and by 0.44% in Kocaeli.

Rents also increased marginally in February with a 0.78% rise. With increases of 0.91% in both Adana and Ankara, 1.41% in Antalya, 0.43% in Bursa, 0.80% in Istanbul, 0.95% in Izmir and 0.22% in Kocaeli.
