Apartment prices remained stable in Riga, Latvia during January 2012 with the average price of €969 per sqm according to Ober-Haus.

In the past 12 months the price of apartments in Riga increased by 4.9%, although they are some 58.3% below the peak reached in May 2007. In contrast Oberhaus say that the supply of two and three room apartments in renovated houses in the quiet centre and downtown still does not satisfy demand.
