Prices for apartments in Poland increased during November 2010 only in the cities of Warsaw and Gda?sk, according to Ober-Haus Real Estate Advisors.

Gdansk saw the highest monthly increase at 1% as the average apartment price went up to €1,593 per sqm. The biggest fall was recorded in ?ód?, down 1.4% to €1,140 per sqm.

Warsaw saw an increase of 0.3% during November whilst Cracow and Katowice saw a drop of 0.3%.
