When assessing the content of this edition the core theme is about adapting to change. Most of you are running property businesses, either to hold for rental income or to trade for profit. Change is constant, and like it or not we have to adapt or get left behind.

Our lead article on page 16 highlights a topic we covered earlier this year, in respect of the evolution of our shopping habits driven by e-commerce and the subsequent decline taking place in many high streets around the UK. When disruption occurs it's often the most opportune time for investment opportunities to be recognised for those who can see ahead and adapt and to provide a product that people need, and it's no different in property.
