Some believe good luck happens to  certain people while they admit bad lucks follows them everywhere like a loyal puppy. There are people who seem to get lucky and those who don't.  I have friends who've had a good education, great upbringing, work dam hard but seem to come across so many obstacles of which they exclaim 'I'm always unlucky'! And yet there's James, who's had the same education, same upbringing but works less and guess what? He's a lucky git! Great things seem to happen to James, everything he touches turns to gold.

A few weeks ago I was having an update with my PA and I explained a tenant had paid 12 months rent upfront. She proclaimed I was a lucky so and so.

She thinks lady luck follows me especially when I pick up a good deal. As she's now being trained up as a sourcer this view will hopefully change. I don't believe I'm any different to the rest of my fellow investors when it comes to challenges and opportunities, or in other circles bad and good luck.

So take my tenant as an example.
